Install NoHR
The plug-in for Protege 4.X can be downloaded from here and stored in the sub-folder plugins of the folder in which Protege is stored.
The plug-in requires XSB Prolog to be installed on your computer, see manual, and that the environment variable is properly set, manual. Then start Protege and select from its menu Window, then Tabs, and activate the two tabs NoHR Rules and NoHR Query.
